    Hi so I’ve just been given my date for prmc So it’s time to crack on with training. my current programme looks like this any tips would be helpful I have 8 weeks till prmc

    M AM - Sprints. . PM - Boxing
    T AM - Swimming PM - Gym
    W
    T AM - 6 mile Best effort PM - Gym
    F AM - BFTx2. PM - APFA
    S AM - 6 mile best effort. PM - Gym

    •I’ve based my programme on Arnys prmc plan but instead off hills as haven’t got none locally I’m doing sprints 100-150m
