    Alright lads

    So I've got my PRMC in just over a month and just wondering if anyone has any fitness tips? *text deleted* arnys plan seems to be quite popular but was just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions my running is fine but I'm really struggling with press ups

    Just overload, do as many as you physically can every other day, throughout the day so do as many as you can morning, midday and evening?
    I haven't done this but based on greasing the groove and overload it'll work, just give yourself 2 days off before you test yourself

    Arnys plan is class mate, keep going with it and adjust to work on your areas for development. Personally I think if you do 2 or 3 of arnys circuits a week your body weight exercise scores will improve.
