Hi guys. In regards to the 8 milers, what would you consider a good time please? Cheers.
If you can do 8 miles in an hour that’s what Arnys plan originally said, however I never got that fast anything around that ball park like 60-68 minutes. However if I was to train for RT again I would use those as slow pace runs, so you don’t fatigue for the next days sessions

@stumpylegs Great thanks. I came in at 1hr 20m today 8.37 miles and that’s with hills. I’m going to keep pushing. Dare I say it but I could’ve pushed harder. My aim was just to get the miles in until I get used to running again.

I got up to 1 hour 8 mile runs.
Since I got that I just try and do 6 miles in 40 or 42 mins.
I’m following the post PRMC plan from the royal navy website. Doing me well. Intake Date got pushed to jan 4th from Nov 9th... so looking for areas of improvement now.
