PRMC two week plan

    I have my PRMC on the 15th January and after having to delay a previous one because I was overtraining and got injured, don’t want the same mistake to happen.
    I feel as though I’m at a good level after following Arny’s Plan for a few months, so what would people recommend I do within the two weeks before hand? Carry on with the plan or tone it down a bit?

    Taper down 1 week before. Spend 1 rest day followed by a slow 4 mile jog 8 min/mile. And 1 set of press-ups pull-ups etc to the bleep. Followed by another rest day.
