Program for improvement of situps?

There seems to be alot of programs for upping the max amount of push ups a person can do, but does anyone have a good one for improving situps? :idea:

To be honest, there isn't!

But if your praticing for the PRMC, then put your feet under your bed or sofa, and then keep your hands on the temple and bring your elbows up to your knees.

Just keep praticing, you will have no trouble :)
