Makes 12 bars at 249.8 calories per serving

Ingredients
125g Whey Protein Concentrate 80(Nz), My Protein*
125g Cheese, Quark, Asda*
200g Organic Muesli, Pertwood*
100g Honey, Pure, Clear, Average
100g Spread, Diet Flora
1 pack Gelatine, Average (plain/clear)
80ml teaspoon/8g Sweetener, Suitable for Cooking & Baking, Hermesetas, Gold*
1oz/28g Raisins, California, Sun-Maid*
10 Tsp/100g Peanut Butter, Crunchy, No Added Sugar, Whole Earth*
½ Pack/50g Nuts, Mixed, Chopped, Morrisons*

Melt the PB, Honey, Flora, gelatine and sweetner in the mic for 2:30.

Add to the whey, muesli, mixed nuts and raisins and stir until it is a thick old mess. Now add the quark half at a time and mix until it is thin enough to turn out of the bowl in to a dish. Stick in the fridge overnight and you have flapjack protein bars.

The muesli gives them a nice texture and they don't taste super sweet - just right.

16g protein, 21g carbs, 11g fat.

quark, well atleast here in germany is a thick yogurt like Loz said only it's very rich in protein and eggwhite, it's really good for you if u mix it with water and put some fruit into it, even some honey.
