Which is the correct way for these??.. Im pretty sure ive got these the right way but best double check with you guys.. Pull ups you have fingers facing towards you??.. Press ups you have elbows tucked in??..

Also in the PRMC test does your chin have to touch the ground for a full press up??.. And how many Press ups and pull ups do you have to do to pass???

Thanks Alot

Pressups - Elbows tucked in, hands shoulder width apart figners poting forwards, go down low enough to touch someones fist if they had it underneath you, about 1.5" off the floor.

Pullups - Fingers FACING AWAY from you, chin over the bar and back down arms locked out.

As for scoring there is no single pass/fail as such. Most of the stuff you do on the PRMC is given a bondary, then each boundary represents a score between 1-6. So say 30-40 pressups would be 3 points. Pull ups you must be able to do 3 minimum though.

Hope this helps.

Press ups should look something like this. Don't ask who the sexy model is! (It's me)

Pull ups are exactly how Fletch said. Your hands should be facing away from you (pronate) you should pull up so your chin is clear of the bar by about 2 or 3 inches, pause for 5 seconds (because you have to wait for everyone else to get up aswell) and back down. Throughout the whole exercise you should not wriggle, your legs should not come apart, you should not use momentum and to put it simple: Use your arms and your arms ONLY! =D

Enjoy
