Pull ups & dumbbell curls

Prior to PRMC I used to only ever bang over sets of 6 pull ups but it seems that this is an extremely useful strength training exercise.

I'm currently on about 10 now, usually do the old 10 to 1 thing throughout the day and have started doing them with weight and am curious to know what the general amount of pull ups is that people do?

Also, if you use dumbbells for additional strength training, what sort or weight do you lift?

Pullups are the greatest!

If pullups are what you want to improve on whilst utilising bicep curls (to look nails in the local nightclub) try reverse grip!

They work grip, forearms and lower bicep - all of which are used in a pullup!

I tend to just max out around 15 good ones then rest a minute then max again then again until i cant do anymore, which isnt very long.
Dumbells i tend to avoid now a days, just a few db exercises once a week to work shoulders and so on, maybe biceps once in a while.
May i ask why you were discharged from RT? Medically?
