pull ups on the prmc!!

one the prmc what are the pull ups like? do you have to hold for a few seconds when your chin is above the bar or do you just go straight down when its above the bar???

On mine you had to hold your head above the bar for about a second.
I huess it depends on what PTI is taking the course.
