Just a quick question about doing push ups: when I do them they seem to be working only my arms (mostly my biceps) and not really my chest. Well..they may be working my chest but it never seems to burn like my arms do. I'm sure I'm doing them in the correct form, just wondering if anyone else experiences this?

Cheers

yea i feel this to, its because most of your body weight is just resting on your arms but as u say if *text deleted* doing the correct form then *text deleted* chest will be worked.

if your doing them in a correct form of "marine style" (elbows in, hands under your shoulders) push up, most of the burn should be in your triceps. If your doing wide arm pushups your back comes in to play abit more with your chest as well. Thats just what i find anyway.
