My wide arm is the width of the top stair on top of the stair case =P It's helpful because it doesn't let you bend your wrist in the wrong direction which is a common mistake with pressups. These are my regular pressups!

Any criticism on my form is welcomed =P I wasn't looking up though, I'd just woke up and had black rings round my eyes =P

does anyone else find that when press ups start getting hard when your in the close arm position that you bring your elbows out? it happens to me and is getting really annoying, i try to control it as best i can but i always forget to make sure they stay locked in.

Anyone found that doing press ups on different surfaces make a big difference.
I seem to be able to do more on carpets than on wooden or concrete floors.
*text deleted* you freak! Well yes actually carpet seems easier for doing sets but when doing a best effort it doesn't effect me at all.
