Hi I was just wondering how the push ups, pull ups and sit ups during POC are conducted. Is it just crank out as many as you can till you stuffed or do you have to keep pace with the beeps like it shows on the website. cause there's a big difference between doing 60 push ups as quickly as you can and doing a push up like every two seconds for two minutes. also does the POC RMFA differ from the PRMC other than the higher standards?

thanks
Guy

The push-ups, sit-ups nd pull-ups aren't done to beeps nemore.

1. Pull-ups are conducted to the command of the PTI's-bend, stretch etc. It's up, chin above bar, lower to bottom position

2. Press-ups are 2 min best effort, you go at *text deleted* own pace but can only rest a few secs in the top position

3. Sit-ups are 2 min best-effort at *text deleted* own pace but again don't rest too long or you'll b withdrawn

I'm pretty sure the tests with the beeps happen when you have all the fitness tests again during your first week of RT.
