Question on PJFT

hay all,
i have a quik question abnout the PJFT. i already no what the requirements are for the 3mile run on the tredmill. but could some one please tell me what the minimum pushups, sit ups and pull ups need to be done and in what time do they need to be done? also whats the minimum lvl on the bleep test?

40 marine press ups
60 full sit ups
6 pull ups but try and get to 8

only thing you need to worry about for the PJFT is the 3 miler on the treadmill, but yeah for PRMC you need to work on the situps,press ups and pull ups. oh and the bleep test.

Dont Aim Low by asking the minimum repitions you can do. You want to be looking at achieving the maximum repitions. Its a hard Course and if you can comfortably achieve the maximum points during in gym test 1 then its one less thing to worry abou when you are down there.

no *text deleted* i wont be going for minimum ammount im going for the best i can possibly do. im doing good on the 3mile run just wanted something to aim for on the pressups sit ups eyc.. instead of doing like 30 of each a day
