Quick question regarding PRMC

When you do your pressups and situps, is it in bleep test form? or do you just do as many in 2 mins? a few vidios ive seen, it shows all the recruits doing them at the same time to a bleep..

Hey mate what i have heard is they do the same gym test in week 3 of RT but thats to a bleep and in prmc its as many in 2 mins, look on this site a few lads posted about it while they were on leave from training.
