I've been doing weight training for a bit to try and bulk up and soon enough i'll be quitting all that to focus on bodywight excercises as theres no need to carry on getting bigger.

i was just wondering if by doing this will i be able to maintain the same size i am just now?

thanking you

Provided you're legs are strong enough to carry the extra weight, there is no problem. :blink1:

ye because you will be just maintaining it, you will only loose it if you stop all together

Diet is the primary factor in maintaining good weight when dropping resistance training in favour of bodyweight circuits and running

Eat more, good quality food at regular intervals throughout the day and train HARD

As a side, HIIT as opposed to long distance running will help you to hold on to mass gained
