When asking such a question, it would be most useful for you to also state your goals - weight loss, weight gain, muscle mass etc.

As above, plus you need more protein for breakfast. Have a protein shake before your weetabix to spike the metabolism and aid in muscle repair/development etc.

My goal is to build an overall level of fitness. I am happy with my current weight, but I would like to trim down bits and develop bigger muscles. I am due to commence the POC 6-week training programme and I need a low-fat, calorie rich diet to accompany it. Any suggestions?

You do not need low fat, in fact lower fat is the last thing you need!

More fat

More veggies

Cut the wheatbix and bread (replace with fruit/veggies/nuts/olive oil etc)

Have a look around the site and you?ll find lots of helpful advice.

Rate it, pimp it, do what you like. What is an RMC's diet like on tour? Specifically on board ship as opposed to the rat packs.
