Regarding press-ups..?

I have a small issue regarding press-ups. i like too push em' out really rapidly and i do like 60 in around a minute then im *text deleted**text deleted*ed!
so will this be a problem, i mean will it look bad in gym test one when *text deleted* actually done 60 but im gooshed and cant do anymore and every1 else is still goin??

i'm having trouble doing these.. but i could perform normal press ups easily!

hey bud, you get 2 mins to get 60 pressups on prmc so dont worry

its the proper ones aye, but i just dont seem to be able to do them slow, i just love to pump em out *text deleted*

mate something you caould try is

crank out 60 in 1min then try and hold the push up in the up position for that extra minute. and then try holding the bottum position. etc..

or crnk out 20 hold for 20 etc.. for 2minutes.

or just hold push up position for 2 minutes etcc...

i heard 200+ in 2 mins for a royal marine once but i expect in the 100's for on prmc or somewhere very close. and it is possible befor anyone says otherwise. but its really hard to count sometimes because of the sheer speed they go at.

That's less than 1 per second, I've seen loads of youtube videos of people doing hundreds of press ups and their technique is always debatable, it'd be intresting to know though, I know someone who did 107 push ups and 64 sit ups and the PTIs were confused as the sit ups are usually the bigger amount *text deleted*. Needless to say he passed PRMC

*text deleted*, I'd have to be one desperate puppy to do 107 in 2 minutes, that's some bloody good going!
