Thought id do a personalised diary leading up to RMAD {9th sept} and PRMC {16th sept}, since some lads have put diaries down of their PRMC experience.

{after a month out no tranning}

MY c/c {current/curcuit} [upper body strenth tranning] [3 times]
press ups 40/ 30/ 25
80 sitps combined
10 squats / 10 lunges
6 pull ups.

started 7th july [monday] {c/c}
8th[tues] {c/c}
9th[wed]{c/c}
10th[thurs]
11th[fri]{c/c]
12th[sat]{c/c} [no running yet due to a back injury in this week]
13th[sun]{rest}

i'll do a week everytime under this thread name, with more indepth info to show just how, a average individual progresses physically, and how to stay motivated on your goals, most of it, is just your mental approach.

{the journey to success is very much a personal and intimate one}
