OK im into week two,

14th july/20th july. c/c/ up't slightly [c/c] current upper body curcuit

press up 30/40/30
sit ups/ 80 combined.
knees too chest / 20/20/20
triceps dips /20/25/30
squats 10/10/10
lunges 10/10/10

*[mon] c/c
*[tues] c/c
*[wed] 2 MILE RUN EASY PACE + C/C
*[thurs] 3 MILE RUN HALF PACE + C/C
*[fri] 3.5/4 MILE RUN STEADY PACE + C/C
*[SAT] 5 MILE RUN +C/C
*[SUN] REST

{The c/c's are done straight after my runs each time}


I think it was this week when i got told buy my AFCO at 8 in the morning,:confused: that i was passed fit now from my medicle, [was half a sleep when the phone rang ,pick it up, composed myself for a second then answered], though wat the hell:amazed, better get used to it]

{my mental} For this week i was very much anxious too get back running, too see if my injury had healed properly.
In the past ive been too anxious to get back to training, just to have the same injury come back.:mad:
BUT, Im starting to learn now that, in the long run gradual progression is more beneficial.
