i was just wondering whether the RMAD was part of the application process or could you go to one having not applied yet.

you need to be in the recruiting process mate as it gives your CA a chance to get some feed back on fitness ect ect... its also because you need to have been medicaled and such like before taking part.

again mate just go into or call your local AFCO.

At my AFCO the WO2 who is 47 years old does the RMAD with the people doing it, and if you dont beat him back from the 1.5mile best effort they dont let you carry on *text deleted*.

there is a WO1 at the Birmingham and he runs the 1.5mile in like 08:40 summat..he is *text deleted* on aswell..easily late 40's he's a beast, he has been shot in the leg and he is ML by Trade!! machine!

what is RMAD, is it that assesment you have before they approve you to go on prmc ?
