    Bft for this morning...

    1.5 mile return, 12:28/09:29
    Press ups - 33
    Sit ups - 37
Pull ups 6(big struggle on the last rep)

Any thoughts/comparisons/training tips for that extra bit of core strength?

I found Arny's plan extremely helpful. I started it a couple weeks ago and have been hitting pb's none stop !

It’s having the time to be able to do the plan properly as I’m on rotating shifts at work!

To get my press ups from the low 30's to high 40's/50 i would just drop an do 15-20 press ups every hour when i was in work. Looked stupid but got my numbers up, i would still do max out reps on the occasion just to see where i was at too.
