ROP Swim Test

What are the swimming requirements for the ROP, are they the same as the PRMC which I believe is 3m board jump, swim 200m and retrieve a brick from the bottom of the pool, or will we be doing the NST in kit and the treading water?

'You have to be a competent swimmer, i.e be able to swim multiple lengths in crawl and breaststroke It was posted on here last week what you are required to do. It involves around six to seven lengths of the 25m pool and finishes off by you treading water for a minute and then diving from the surface and retrieving a brick from the bottom. You will have several sessions a week in the pool and CTC do not give lessons to weak/non swimmers.'
