As far as I can remember it's 1.5 inch in diameter - 'Manila' rope.

Are you thinking of installing your own 30ft ropes in your back garden then?

It would be good to practice at home but the only place I have ever seen them outside of training is my old school gym (they were not 30ft and they were never used).

A culmination of that, the mortgage, wedding not getting saved and paid for etc. However, after being told by the RSM I could go straight into the troop that were starting their phase two, then getting told last night I need to wait till April to start all over again, I am regretting my decision...big time!!!

Sorry to hear buddy, start RT November the 10th here and the GF is deffo on my list of worries. We split up for around 3 hour's *text deleted* as she wouldn't stand by me while I did training but she's got used to the idea now and is up for the challenge.

So have you fully left RT now and waiting till April? :S
