Royal marine poster circuits any good?

Just wondering if doing the poster circuits 4 times a week is worth while or if it would be better to use a different one.

Yeah sure,

4 rounds, 1 minute rest in between.

40 press ups

60 sit ups

50 burpes

70 squats

5 pull ups

20 supermans (think that's what they are called)

That's just an example of what it is. Rounds 2 and 3 have increased reps for the excersises by 5 more.

Sounds like quite a challenging circuit
