So I was thinking....
What Im thinking of doing is starting the RMR when I'm 16,
going to college for two years,
then when Im finished college, 'transfer' into regulars,
if you can do that?

What do you guys think

Good idea, i'm doing that but going to uni next year, its better to have some qualifications to fall back on incase something happens to your career in the RM.

Plus i'm thinking of going for an officer role after uni, so it helps with that

I'm sure if this was the case, you could leave and then start the process again through the AFCO?

They can't stop you though can they ?

Ninja? :sad2:

i doubt that would be looked upon favorably by the careers officers or the regs if you did that.
