just come bk from gym and do a 3 miler practice and got 21.24!! will this standard of running be good enough because i did propa push myself hard and was hanging out by end!! ive got my PRMC at beginning of september hopefully so i hope i can improve more!

yeah sounds good....you still have plenty of time to train! and thats not a bad time...

i would recomend training in the correct format for 3miles too...so 12.30 out, and best effort back in under 10.30...

and running longer distances often aswell as just the 3miler!

I would say as a minimum to make sure you can do a 4 miler at that pace on consecutive days. Even longer runs will help as well, again at a decent pace.

And of course make sure you can do the body weight exercises when hanging out, and be able to do that 2 days in a row.
