I like running with music, keeps me occupied and interested. However I found out that certain songs do push me that much further, but then it burns me out. Some songs give me a good running rythmn, while others don't. Then sometimes I slow down to just keep changing songs to find one I *text deleted* run too *text deleted*. So in all it throws me off. Plus running without music, I can control my pace, and breathing much better. Besides, in RT, you won't be running to music, just the sound of boots. I guess it's best to get use to running without it.
