Running, 'early mornings'

I'm used to doing my 3 miles in the evening.

This morning i done a 3 miler at 8:00am, which is a first in about 1-2 months. I found it very very hard! But to add to that i haven't trained in 3 days due to having chesty cough and blocked nose, the flu basically.

Will i get used to running early mornings? i have my PRMC in 14 days, and i know the 3 miles is early morning.

and i want to take 2 days of before PRMC to rest my body!

Yeah man, you'll adjust. You'll find it easy soon enough. :)
