Running plan suggestions

Looking for suggestions as I'm trying to run 4 times a week which is including different varieties each day, I have 2 days that are back to back each week as well.

Sunday: Hill Sprints
Tuesday: Long Run
Thursday:Tempo Run
Saturday: Intervals 1.2k/800m/600m/400m

Could the sessions be moved about to improve rest and recovery, thanks in advance for any suggestions.

What does each individual season roughly consist of and what else are you doing in the week?

3 runs, 3 circuits.. long run (5 mile), short sprints (200-400m) and mid distance intervals ( 800m-1000m) . Keep the circuits around 30 minutes and high intensity. Keep it simple, that would be my advice

I'm currently running 3 days a week with 5 bodyweight sessions a week

This week for me looks like this:

Monday - Run 1km, rest 3 mins (repeat 4 times)

Thursday - Run 400m, rest 3 mins, (repeat twice) then 4 x 200m race effort runs with 30s rest between each set.

Saturday - 5 mile run..

Generally I think its best you have a couple days worth of LISS/ HIIT sessions with 1 day of longer jogging.
