Running

ite lads,

i go runnin 5 times a week but some days i just dont feel like runnin with no real point to it but my question is would it really affect my fitness if i swaped a run 4 a few hours of football once a week.

i find running quite boring too dont worry about it. i used to run 5days aweeks but after a few weeks i added swimming and sports like rugby to it. Made it more exciting. Now i am running 4 3days per week and playing sports the other days.

Try getting a running partner.
