Alrite fellas just wondering if you think doing the running program off the RM website would be worth a go. I try and do 3 milers or 1.5 milers at decent paces but my heart is exploding out my chest and everywhere in my legs is aching. So i'm thinking of giving it a rest for a couple of days let the legs heal and then follow what it says on the site. It basically says just run 30 minutes regardless of what distance you've gone so i'm hoping that might help to build me up since im getting nowhere with anything else *text deleted*. So do you think using the program would be helpful? I'm worried about covering like 2 miles in 30 minutes *text deleted* because i don't see that is beneficial.
