I were just wondering what running drills you were all doing and what works best for you? I'm keen to try a few things out and see what works best for myself. But like I say, any tips are appreciated.

I run in very tight concentric circles until I pass out. Makes me tough.

6 mile run each night, across mulitple terrains, sprint up the hills i come to which at least last for 10 seconds each time.

seems to do the trick
