is there any of you guys who have done selection weekend or are on the site admin who can fill me in on a few things..
what are the minimum requirements on the RMFA on selection to pass because when i look at the maximum im thinkin bloody hell !!
also does it work on an overall points system or is it a pass fail black and white thing???
times tickin down to selection date and want to have an idea of what i really need to focus on.
im 24 and ive gone from 17 stone fat pie eating fella to 11 and half stone.
but trying to get my fitness up has been a long process.
i can run 3.5 miles in 20 mins
press ups im only hittin the 35 to 40 mark when fresh
pull ups im hitting sets of 5 and 6
im doin circuit training at local leisure centre aswell as 4 runs a week (about 5 miles per run).am also usin my local gym 3 or 4 nites a week.
any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
