Im well pissed off, i haven't run for a week but the other day i trained legs at the gym and today and yesterday my legs were fu'cking killing..and i went 4 a 3mile split 2day..1.5 out in 12:30 n my 1.5 back was in 10:17..now a couple of weeks ago i was getting under 9mins consistently!..i don't think i need to worry as i believe it was because my legs were fuc'ked..im *text deleted* rest 2days and then smash it..bearing in mind my prmc is n 7 days!!...arrrrrrrrr
