Im well pissed off, i haven't run for a week but the other day i trained legs at the gym and today and yesterday my legs were fu'cking killing..and i went 4 a 3mile split 2day..1.5 out in 12:30 n my 1.5 back was in 10:17..now a couple of weeks ago i was getting under 9mins consistently!..i don't think i need to worry as i believe it was because my legs were fuc'ked..im *text deleted* rest 2days and then smash it..bearing in mind my prmc is n 7 days!!...arrrrrrrrr:mad:

*text deleted* i had that same problem when i stopped training for a day or two!
the thing is to just go for a steady 4-5 mile run for the first day and then go and do your timed run.
thats what i did last week and it helped me get back on track!

i just found out that i ran an extra 200metres..*text deleted*..so take off roughly 40 secs n i ran it in 09:30..still not as good as what im used to..n cheers ill try it!..yeah not long now *text deleted*!
