Shin splints training

    Anyone have any good CV workouts or routines i could do while i have shin splints to keep up my fitness?

    Or (Taken from the RM PRMC plan thingy):
    "20-30 mins Breaststroke
    5-10x tread water + touch bottom
    5-10x Hypoxic Widths" (Only do these if you have supervision and are confident in the water etc)

    Cross Trainer:
    I don't know any specific ones for cycling to be fair but I'm sure there's lots of good sessions and you can use a Tabata for any of the above (other than swimming really) for a short sharp session 20 secs best effort (go as hard as you can) 10 seconds rest x 8 = 4 minutes rest 2 minutes and repeat.
