Been doing HIIT work recently, all going well. Usual aches and pains in the legs as to be expected from any new routine.

Decided to do a PJFT emulated run today.. all going well the first half, 11:30 bit over 1.5mile and not even out of breath, but I did the walk about for a minute regardless.. and, I couldn't start up again.

I managed to do about 150 metres before I felt very painful sharp stabbing pains on the inside of my shins, and my left legs quads went dead. So I had a fun 30 minute walk home limping like an idiot.

Seriously, crap like this is my luck, and it's doing my head in.:evil:

already got the insoles so thats one thing down haha, got some advice from elsewhere which has been useful so im going to try all the muscle exercises I can to help it.
Bit annoying when your legs give out before your lungs though.. brain doesnt know what to think, it got confused :amuse:


How did you cope with it in the end, and has it cleared?
