Hello All, Ive beaten my personal best at the 1,5mile run on a treadmil this morning as my personal best was 9:27, this morning i got 9:01, so im happy about that, but in all honesty, i felt that i could of gone faster.
Anyway, i was just wondering, whats the correct rest position on the Sit Ups when you're doing them at PRMC, is it Lying down with your hands on your temples or is it sitting up?
