Hi fellas. Just something on my mind here. I remember someone saying a few months ago that on PRMC they make you push your heels in really close to your arse which in turn makes your knees higher and your body more tight. So i've tried pushing them really close in but yesterday after i'd finished my last situp i stayed in the same position and realised my heels slide very far away from my arse. My question is how close do they make you push your heels to your arse? On the Marines site the sit-ups are demonstrated with the heels pretty far away but i'm not sure if you would get away with this.
