Place your index fingers on your temples. Have someone hold your feet down, and keep your knees together. When you bring yourself up, make sure to have your elbows touch your knees. When you let yourself back down, make sure your elbows / arms lay flat on the ground before bringing yourself up again.

Your hands have to come over the top of your knees on the way up, not just touch them or go to the side. On the reverse your elbows shoulders and head must touch the floor also.

1. Finger tips on temples
2. Knees together
3. Elbows to touch TOP of knees (not side or bottom)
4. On going down *text deleted* elbows jus have to smash the mat

DONT worry bout 90 degree angles and stuff
