Just a question here to anyone who's done a PRMC or knows exactly what happens on PRMC. On the Royal Marines site it demonstrates doing sit-ups with your fingers on the sides of your head and your elbows go past your knees and your feet are pretty spaced out from your backside. But lots of people on here have told me you do them with hands together on temple elbows touch the top of the knees and your feet really close in to your backside. Just wanted to know how they do them on PRMC because these simple changes make a huge difference.
