I've slacked a bit because of my exams,
but I'm going for a 3 mile run then some hill sprints in a bit,
so I don't feel too bad.

I think something that should be mentioned,
is that although we should be pushing ourselves to the limit,
it's alright to take a night off sometimes,
if your aching,
you can do something,
just don't push yourself too hard and do yourself an injury.

Also remember your young (well most of you),
if all your mates are going out for a bevy or 2,
to celebrate something,
you are allowed to take a night off.

Although not doing crazy training 24/7 may mean you don't join for a couple more months,
it's worth it,
as your life is not yet the Marines,
don't forget family/friends/girlfriends.
