Sleeping patterns

My sleeping pattern is a bit *text deleted*ed up but i get quite a bit of sleep either how. I usually go to bed about 1(ish) sometimes earlier some much later. and i usually wake up bout, 11-12 or 1.

As for during the day when i'm awake i'm training!

what i'm doing now effect me in anyway, and result in me not gaining my best out of my training? or will it be good as i'm getting loads of rest ?

Apparently, the perfect ammount of sleep to have is about 7-8 hours but it doesnt really matter when you take this cause your day is still the same length your just on a different rota to the rest of us if u see what i mean!? *text deleted*
id try and get out of that a week or so before prmc though if not the 5.30 rise might come as a bit of a shock to the system and then your training will be messed up when its most important.
