Obviously its not even on the cards befor emy prmc, just figured quite a few marines smoke like trains and seem to get along finee =]

Its a proven fact that smoking is linked to training injuries.

i gave up, then my mate in RT kindly let me *text deleted* that half his troop smoke and even some of the training team........i couldnt help but start again *text deleted*

i'm sure after seeing some action i'll start again but at least for the first few weeks of RT i'm definately staying off them, last thing i want halfway through a night ex is to need a fag

yea you would have thought it affects you in a sevearly bad way but i guess your body learns to adapt, i personally don't smoke and think that your overall CV is better of for it

yea its definatly not good for it, but it dosent seem to effect me a substantial amount.
