sometimes feel guilty?

when i have my rest day which is 1 day a week i seem to feel guilty and it proper pisses me off *text deleted*

I know what you mean. I feel bad for taking just 1 day off, but your body needs it more then you think. In fact you could do good with 2 days off a week for your body. Training keeps me focused, and without it, I feel lost and useless, it's strange. So I know where your coming from.

In the past week I've let my training slip way behind. However it does feel damn good to have a break this long :P Wish legs would fix themselves quicker.

Remember what Arnie said "Training starts the minute you leave the gym" Obviously he was pumping his arms and legs full of bull steroids but he kind of had a point.

Your body needs to repair, repair is just as important as the training. You do need a full day off at least once a week and certainly at least 2 together once a fortnight.
