Practising my PJFT in November, picked up no injury or pain after I finished. The next day when sitting or laying down I could feel a tingling/pulsing feeling in the heel of my foot and since then its never went away. No pain or nothing just more annoying than anything else.

    Anyone experienced this before?

    It’s your spidey sense dude.
Don’t worry when you start RT your feet will go numb from doing everything in boots, so it’ll go away :D

I'm not qualified to diagnose nor offer advice but a quick question: is the sensation in your foot at its worst first thing in the morning after climbing out of bed?

No, never really notice it in the morning. Although tomorrow morning I'll see how it is.

My boy is just about to pass out.
He has lost most of his toenails, has blisters on the balls of his feet and a large sore on the outer sole of his right foot.
