Summer leave

I have recently passed PRMC and am due to start RT on June 18th, however my dad has also recently started working a new job overseas in the carribean. I am hoping to be able to go and visit him during summer leave, which I think is in August, but I'm not sure. I'm just wondering if anyone knows the exact dates of summer leave this year so I can start planning this holiday ASAP. It may be my only opportunity to visit my dad whilst I'm in RT. Maybe Ninja knows??

CTCRM Summer Leave 2018:
Saturday 11 August returning on Sunday 2 September.

Recruits are usually free to leave from early morning on the day prior to the first full day of leave. Other CTCRM 2018 leave dates listed in Post #1:

My guess is if your Dad was working in the Siberian salt mines, an overseas visit may not have been as much of a priotity

Nevertheless, remember leave dates can change at short notice due to UK security status, even as a recruit, so the caveat is to invest in cancellation insurance and remember you must notify your training team if intending to holiday abroad.
