lads theres an awesome programme on after top gear on sunday night on BBC2, Its about a daring commando raid during WW2 on a french port. Its realy intresting and it should be good to know about just incase you get asked about it in your interview

is that one where they rammed a port/dam with a boat and jumped off killed a shed load of jerries and blew the ship up? most were KIA/captured and i think a dozen or so made it back safe. think i saw something on it once

Was it the attack on St Nazaire? Clarkson did a program called 'The Greatest Raid of All Time' based on this. It is available on youtube and is well worth a watch.
