Just a question; protein isn't permitted in training is it? Or in 'downtime' are you free to consume what you want?
I've already checked what's allowed in the forces and changed my diet to suit.

Not into supplements any more, just made me bloated and fat all the time. I just eat what I want and I'm fitter than ever! I always thought nutrition was top priority, maybe so for body building but to be phys monsters just eat eat! A lot of people get worked up over the best nutrition, when you should really be putting that effort into running, circuits etc etc.

I eat anything and everything, I don't count calories, I don't count anything. Put in the hard work and reep the benefits, so long as your not losing weight or gaining fat, you shouldn't care :).

I agree pal, training for fitness nutrition isn't that important as long as your getting the calories you need, regardless of what they're from. I count my calories just so I can drop weight from 13 to 12 stone :)

Took my first ever serving of 'ritual pre workout' today for a chest session. Holy *text deleted**text deleted* it was amazing, added 5 reps onto my normal rep range and added 5kg onto each weight (without a spotter so could of gone heavier). if anyone is ever going to get a pre-workout, i highly recommend ritual. No crash either.

Kali muscles? Daftest thing ever in my opinion.

Coffee and pepsi? Why not just drink coffee or take caffeine tabs?

I understand he claims that's what he used in the nick but then he also claims to be natural and that he got that big because of noddles and tuna...

Ewww! I would give ritual a 6/10 on taste, not beautiful but not horrid. But at the end of the day, you're not meant to sit down with one and enjoy it!;p

Also if your supplementing with Beta-alanine you'll want more than a few grams pre workout, 2-3 gram servings spaced out 4-5 times a day otherwise its a waste.

Simply taking it pre-workout will have no effect other than making you itch a little.

Hardly great performance nutrition drinking coke before a workout is it... I've never read of any top level athletes recommending a can of coke / pepsi before hitting the gym. Want simple carbs, eat a banana.
