I was talking to my afco and he said that this man was fit as a fiddle before he went on to do his training because he did the triathlon for quite a few years.

But still, lots of respect for him.

if you havent read his book commando then u shud have it gives u even more of an insight to what he went through than the programme.
you know he was actually engaged to heather mills once *text deleted*
and ye he was an extremely fit person before starting training at 45 he ran a marathon and a half like 55 miles in 8 hours..respect to him for keeping in that sort of shape through out his life.

After watching the 55 year old Commando, I have nothing but respect from this man. It should be inspiring to all of us what he went through to get his green beret, and yeah like Orlando Rogers said he is one fit old *text deleted**text deleted**text deleted** but still he's 55 years old! :laugh:
