The Abs Diet

before anything this diet is not a fad diet.

Ive been on this diet for about 2 week and lost half a stone in body fat. The diet consists of eating 12 powerfoods which are

Almonds and other nuts
Beans and legumes
Spinach and other green vegetables
Dairy (fat-free/low-fat)
Instant oatmeal (no sugar added)
Turkey/lean meat (steak, chicken and fish)
Peanut butter (all-natural, and limit to 3 tablespoons per day max)
Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
Whole grain bread/cereal
Extra protein (whey) powder
Raspberries and other berries

Which im sure you can tell yourself is good nutritous food because the diet is high in protien you should see an improvement in the repair of muscles and eventually the strength of your muscles.

In the book you also get a little training programme but i say dont just go and do that put some of those exercises into your routine.

Also you dont just only eat those 12 power foods you can have other foods within the meals such as steak salad and corn on the cob as long as you have one powerfood in every meal which is quite easy.
